Finding the name of an album that was in the mid-1980s to the deck was a blue bag?

I remember the album cover had a soft blue suit and I thought the album was by Peter Gabriel, but I can not find it. It Does anyone know the name of the album? or artist?

I looked at throughout the album by Peter Gabriel and a few other artists and can not find anything. You may want to re-post this question in the category Rock and Pop I "star" if my contacts will not see it anyway.
