Four Diamond

where can you design your own ring with four Diamond chips.?

my mom wanted to give me something of hers. she had four small diamond chips that she didn’t have in a ring and gave them to me. i want to design it online but every where i go the design portion is for engagement rings, or you have to add a bigger diamond with it. i really don’t want to purchase another diamond please help.
