Can I carry the scent in my luggage bag? What is the maximum amount I can take?

I have 2 perfumes, one is 3.3 oz and the other is 1.5 oz The amount total is 150 ml. Both still wrapped coz I'm planning to give as a gift I bring to them? What is the maximum amount?
