South Beach?

OK, I've been here several times, asking about how to lose weight. Some of you mentioned talking to my doctor. Good, I took his advice and I did:) She reccomends the South Beach diet. She told me that not only the weight "melt" away, but that did the healthy way. Well, I looked, it seems easy. How can something so simple works so well? In the 1st 2 weeks telling me that you can lose anywhere 8-13 pounds! Can you imagine that? And give up carbs for 1 2 weeks will not be difficult, because years ago I did Atkins and managed (But I gained a lot back then death in the family and stress, and now I learned that I have PCOS causes obesity) .. So I just wondered if anybody has tried and succeeded or failed and if any Adive recipes, or tips you need to know to start this and finish this. I'm going to lose weight, I'm giving myself!

It works. Myself I lost too much weight on Atkins for a while. Put everything back when I lost my daughter suddenly. (talking about stress and depression … I know what your going through.) spent on South Beach and stayed in the first 2 weeks of a month. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months … 20 more to go.
