Vintage Round

Does anyone know where we can find plans for our old vintage playground merry-go-round?

We are looking for the plans for one of those kid-powered (hand pump) merry-go-rounds. The closest thing we could find is in a Popular Science, September 1934 magazine, but it is only a two seater, and ours is a little smaller and has four seats. We could only find a pic of it and not the plans.
